Xiah, Micky, Hero form new group

Boy band TVXQ members Hero Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun and Xiah Junsu, currently embroiled in a legal battle with major talenthouse SM Entertainment, have formed a separate group through which they will pursue their singing careers.

"Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu have formed a new unit and they have signed with us to carry out their musical activities", Japanese management firm Avex stated on its official website on Wednesday.

"They have also decided to hold dome events in an expression of gratitude toward their fans...... We will update you on further details as soon as they are set", Avex added.

A separate report by Japanese sports daily Sports Hochi stated that the three singers will hold a total of four dome events in June -- two at the Kyocera Dome in Osaka and two at the Tokyo Dome.

The report also quoted a related official as saying the three will not sing any TVXQ songs at the events but their own songs which have already gone into production.

The move comes as a surprise to the Korean music industry and the boys' fans since the three had long expressed that TVXQ would remain intact despite its conflict with SM.

SM expressed its disappointment at the news, saying the three singers "irresponsibly abandoned TVXQ by starting up a unit without considering the outcome of the lawsuit and the responsibility they would possibly have to undertake thereafter".

SM, in charge of discovering and managing the five-member band, had filed a 2.2 billion won lawsuit against the three singers on Monday, objecting against a court's decision ordering provisional disposition of their working contracts as well as demanding compensation for the damages the agency and the remaining two members suffered from the action.

In late July last year, Hero, Micky Yoochun and Xiah had asked a court to nullify their 13-year exclusive contract with SM to which the court ruled that the agency will not interfere in their individual activities.

The five-man band had stopped working as a group in Korea ever since and later announced on April 3 that the group would no longer pursue a singing career together.

TVXQ had enjoyed great success throughout Asia and the Japanese music industry in particular, becoming the first foreign artist to top the Oricon singles charts six times with their 27th single "Share the World/We are!" released last year.

They made music history in Japan again in early April, when they placed their single and album simultaneously within the top three slots of Oricon's singles and albums chart, the first time for a foreign artist to do so in 15 years.

The Vice President of Avex (TVXQ’s Japanese company) recently uploaded a picture on his Twitter of Yoochun hard at work for his drama. In one photo, Yoochun is memorizing lines by looking over the script. The vice-president wrote in the caption, “Lines, I’m worried. But it is a drama.”

The drama which Micky YooChun will be participating in, has recently announced the remaining cast members. The main lead, Song JoongKi, who took part in MBC’s April drama series ‘Running Shirt,’ will most likely be the one to compete in acting skill with Micky YooChun in ‘SungKyunkwan Scandal.’
YooChun was the first to go through the selection and was selected as the main lead in the drama ‘SungKyunKwan Scandal.’ Before the start of the filiming, he analyzed the character he will be portraying, as well as having several discussions with the scriptwriter and director to have a better understanding of his role. He also expressed that he is rather nervous because it’s going to be his first drama, but he is looking forward to it.

haha...japanese version of F4 Vic Zhou poor prince (ping qiong gui gong zi)
it is funny and ridiculous..haha..good to watch when u r moody...

TVXQ surpasses Bon Jovi & breaks another record!

Looks like another major record has been broken by one of the most successful boy band in Asia!

On the 22nd, TVXQ has sold approximately 413,000 copies of their Best Selection 2o10 album. The album now has the most sales ever for a foreign group in the Japanese music industry. They broke the previous record that was held by American band, Bon Jovi, who had sold 379,000 copies of their album G’s Days. The record hasn’t been broken in 14 years, making this accomplishment even more significant for the Korean group.

The album count will keep rising, as it wasn’t long since it’s release. Let’s see if they can reach the… 1 million sales mark!

No latest news update about my recent life.
Recently I don’t have the mood to update my blog. Or even bother it.

I just realized I did nothing during this school holidays.

I planned to study Bio and Chemistry. I PLANNED to.seriously
But I never carry it out.
Gosh, hope that mr.loh won’t give us any test once school reopens.
Just saw my new timetable for next year.
It is bloody damn full ah.
Everyday I have to go to school at 8am and the earliest is end at 3pm.
Who can save me??!???!??
Hope that Ah Vi can try to arrange it again with the teachers..so that we can go back earlier..
next year is gonna be the same.
Just that Miss Evelyn will teach us the Applied Math.
I cant believe that Mr.Loh takes over all Ms Tan tutorial and practical class of us.

T IS REPORTED THAT THE SOUTH KOREAN POP BAND DBSK WILL SUSPEND THEIR ACTIVITIES FOR THE TIME BEING

The group DBSK will temporarily suspend their activities. This has been reported simultaneously by all the main entertainment media in South Korea.

DBSK, whose members have filed a lawsuit against their management company, will complete all their planned schedules. However, all their schedules that have been planned before the lawsuit will come to an end on the 29th of this month, and they will have a period of time where their activities will come to a pause.

TVXQ's agency SM Entertainment has put forth another official statement

to refute the one given by YoungWoong Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun and Xiah Junsu's side today.

SM sent their statement to various reporters at 8 o'clock on August 3rd

and the content was full of points that refuted what Sejong had stated.

SM began off by responding to Sejong's statement

that there was a clause in the contract that stated that unless TVXQ sold 500K copies,

they would not receive a single Won from the album sales.

SME stated, "TVXQ has received, from when they debuted till now, a total of 11 billion Won (9.2 billion won given during the time + 1.77 billion won given beforehand) ,

luxury foreign cars (bonuses with no relevance to the contract).

In contrast, SM Entertainment was in a deficit for four years after TVXQ's debut.

The opposition (Sejong) has disregarded the fact that income divisions

from CFs, events, and other income sources differs depending on the overall economic situation.

They are only focusing on one bad side of this contract instead of looking at it as a whole.

"On Sejong's statements about the 13-year 'lifetime contracts,' SM stated that,

"The Fair Trade Committee's seven year contract urge does not apply to singers. Also, it states that for singers who are working overseas, there is no limit to how long the contract can be.

"SM stated that, "We have been through five changes already in the contract with the members of TVXQ.

And of those two, the clause regarding compensation if TVXQ were to cancel the contract was revised by the Fair Trade Committee,"

and "The other three times concerned the divisions of income and the first revision was January 2004 when they debuted.The next two times were in February of 2007 and 2009.

"Also, in regard to Sejong's statement that, "We (Sejong) have tried numerous times to talk with SME about a compromise,"

SME stated, "They have only started asking for a suspension of their exclusive contract after the three members sent us a certification of contents through the firm Sejong in June 2009."In reference to the members' statements that they were only sleeping 3~4 hours per day which resulted in bad health, SM said, "We have always compromised schedules for their health." And in regards to the cosmetic company, which Sejong stated was not the main cause of this lawsuit, SM stated, "This (the cosmetic company) is the real reason why they filed this lawsuit. This statement can be solidified by the fact that only the three members who have ties to the cosmetic company are filing the lawsuit."Regarding TVXQ's future, SM said, "We would like to solve this problem quickly with the three members who filed this lawsuit.

- What is the core of conflict?
“The irrational exclusive contract. If we review the contract standard from Fair Trade Comission (FTC), the longest duration of a contract is not to exceed 7 years. Of course, if the singer themselves who choose to develop the contract, it might be an exception, but some of given terms in TVXQ’s FTC case, the proposed standards are so unfair in many ways. It is the best way to realize these points quickly than later”

- Also the cosmetics enterprise which three member and their parents running became known as one axis of the conflict.
“The cosmetics company could be one of the reasons for the discord but not what ultimately convinced the three members to go to court. We have examined the official statement from SM this morning and noticed that SM had painted the make up company as the cause in a negative light on the surface of their statement. If they think that the additional business of the members is the legal case, then it’s a mistake.”

- There’s a conclusion appearing about the crisis that the activities of 3 members who file the lawsuit will be stopped?
(I cant understand this one in details, but basically he said that the members would continue if their disposition is approved, and he hoped it would be soon. The court’s desicion is now in the middle of the most important and difficult variables and he had goal to finish the case within 6 months.”

- The possibility of winning?
“To see it on the bright side… SM Entertainment has in the past been ordered by the Korea FTC several times to reform contracts for violating the standard contract limits. TVXQ are now appealing for the parts that are different from the FTC terms.

- Before taking the legal action, it’s said that the members did not try to make consultation with the agency before.
“We have tried to solve the problem through dialogue. Members had even met directly with the agency. While I was also trying to resolve the problem through multiple channels. However, the agency ignored members opinions, therefore a legal appeal finally made. The members are very sorry to the fans as well.

- What is the conflict regarding to cosmetic issue?
“Should an agency has a fight with artists who are having family’s personal investment? Other celebrities are common to have additional business. Moreover, the three members had already made consultation process with agency representative, Kim Young-Min before they started the cosmetic business, but we feel betrayed then as the company told another story later on.

- TVXQ has already taken the step, but eventually dismantled
“We have already tried many ways, but all the efforts finally bring us here. We’re not too hasty to be in this position. We create legal procedure first before we present every single new plan. The 5 people based their activities together in SM Entertainment, therefore it will not be easy to be in our situation now. “

- Is there a plan for press conference?
It’s necessary but as for now, we don’t have any plan yet. The members are really sorry now to the fans. Actually we want to proceed this case undisturbed.

Three TVXQ members’ Official Position “We don’t not get proper treatment,”

Xiah, Hero, Micky Yoochun represented by SEJONG law firm revealed their official position.

From the three members, “In five years since debut, the schedule that is conducted by the agency has been causing exhaustion both to body and mind. Cosmetic business is not related to the lawsuit.”

1. After 5 years debuting, among the three members due to the schedule conducted by the agency, it causes exhaustion to the body.

- According to SM instructions, Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu along with the rest TVXQ members have to go across Korea, Japan, China back and forth in a week, each member only have 3-4 hours sleep a day.

- The members’ health is deteriorated a lot, and also enduring mental fatigue.

- Due to SM attempt to advance overseas market, as time goes by, the established active schedule for the members is getting unreasonable.

- SM doesn’t treat them as artists anymore, but not more than just a tool to achieve more and more income for the company.

2. 13-year exclusive contract is like a contract for a lifetime.

- The exclusive contract whose period lasts for 13 years purely active in entertainment world in which if it’s including the military service, the contract basically lasts for 15 years period (T/N: since 13 years is excluding military service) — it means, still 10 years to go to finally retire the contract.

- Meanwhile, if they turn down the contract in the middle of period, the penalty they have to pay can reach hundreds of million won since they have to recover 2 times of revenue loss the company suffered from disabling the contract.

3. The members don’t receive proper treatment from SM.

- They have no deposit, since the terms of the exclusive contract forbids the distribution of revenue records.

- In the first contract (unrevised), only if they can sell a single album more than 50,000 copies, the members can receive 1/1000 of the sales. However, if the sales is less that 50,000 copies, they won’t have even a single penny of revenue allocation.

- The contract then was revised on 2009.02.06. Yet, even after the revision, the contract states that the distribution profits received by the members from album sales for each person is only 0.4 % – 1%.

4. Members have already demanded to correct the unfair clauses in the contract, but SM did not listen to them.

- The three people had requested to SM and shared their own vision to adjust the unfair clauses caused by the exclusive contract effect, but SM passed the discussion and pointed out the cosmetic business instead which is not even the essence of their request.

- Nevertheless, the three kept continuing to solve the problem through dialogues so that it would satisfy both parties, but SM still didn’t response. Since they felt no hope and realized that their efforts to talk to SM had been meaningless, therefore they finally filed the appeal to the court for a final solution.

5. Cosmetics business investments and also other financial investment are unrelated to the entertainment business they’re focusing in, thus have nothing to do with their injunction application. The nature of the case is to solve the unfair exclusive contract.

(no need futher explanation. SM just insists to point out cosmetic companies investment as the core problem, but they stressed here again, that it’s not the case. The three members are only one of shareholders and not even the high officials of the cosmetic companies. Their lawsuit is purely only to resolve the unfair exlusive contract.)

6. The members don’t want the disbanding, they just want to escape from the bondage of the unfair contract.

- The injuction application is not for a purpose that leads to disbanding. The problem now is to solve different opinions regarding the contract. The three members have no problem to the rest of members and still want to create good music together.

- Once all the unfairness is getting straightened, they will start their activities together soon. Through this condition, they ask the fans to be united and believe in them.

7. This situation is an opportunity for them to get mature.

- The three members of TVXQ who are included in the injunction application feel sorry for the fans for making them shocked and disappointed.

- However, to think it in bright side, it’s an opportunity for them to jump to bigger dream and getting more mature. The members have promised the fans to repay all the supports received.

Life is sucks.

My moods keep going up and down with no reasons. I

am the one who always thought so much.

I experienced it once and I wont let myself to got drown into the same case again.

we celebrated kevin's 18th birthday last friday..
me wei yue serene and kayshing went to his room(we are not allowed to do so) with a slice of secret recipe cake and the candle which is lighted by using canteen jie jie's mum's precious lighter...
haha...we wanna gave him a big surprise..haha..kevin was the one who opened the door..once the door is opened, we SANG happy birthday song to him..haha...i could see that he got a big shocked...kaka..tat's really fun...from strangers, i think that our relationship now are much more improved..they are like my family at here..BIG FAMILY...kaka..

last saturday..my first attempt to finish all my tutorial works..
at last, i failed to do so..
Wahahaha..
i cant make myself to concentrate on my books..
thinking of all of my frens were having fun at that time..
i decided to hang out with my NS frens..

i went Wangsa Maju alone by bus...
Gosh...my first time to take bus alone..
then, i met ah jing and Lye at LRT centre then we went midValley to meet Joyin..
another NS fren of mine..
We were having fun , chit chatting,playing all the time..
i enjoy much at that time...
we were talking about our pasts..
our new lifes now..everything about us.
Gosh..i love it...
then , we had our lunch at the foodcourt of MidValley.
Teppanyaki cost us 10 plus bucks..
but, it 's quite worthy..the salmon tastes damn nice lor..wakakaka..

i even went ah jing house tat day..he is living in condo..
quite big and kinda xpensive..
7 of them rent the whole house ..Cost rm 1000++
But i like the environment there..
